These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Awesomesque OU, a company registered in Estonia.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Account Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services
You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Subscription and Payments
- Pricing is displayed on our pricing page
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- We may change prices with 30 days notice before your next billing cycle
- We do not store payment card details — payments are processed by a third-party provider
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
- By subscribing, you request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has begun
- We may still grant refunds within 14 days of initial purchase at our discretion
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Store or distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Abuse the service with automated systems
- Share your account or resell access
Your Content
You own your content. We do not claim ownership over what you create or store in our services.
You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
EU residents may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
